Had a townhall meeting just now at office. Ammokao and BS the speaker. Was I sarcastic for being sarcastic to a sarcastic speakers'? A lot of people had been discussing this topic for weeks and only now they mentions that they knew about the problem. Company not making profit. Need to work together to make it right. Need to trust each other (YAH RIGHT!!!).
When I bring my fav backpack to carry my nb I was told by SEC that ammokao told SEC to tell me not to bring such a big backpack in fear that I might take something that does not belongs to me. <--- see, no trust. Then have another day when I goes out to meet my friend in front of the guard house and of cos I bring along my #2 fav waistpouch. I need to pay my friend some $$$ I owe him buying the thumbdrive. When I come back to the office, I met ammokao and he tell me not to use the waistpouch cos I might able to smuggle some HDD out from the factory. <--- still no trust. So now who's not trusting who? Shud I trust someone who dun trust me? They (ammokao and BS) said that we need to pool our effort together for these few months to help the company to make profit. Then a friend ask them IF cannot make profit and still losing money leh? Will the company be shutdown? Ammokao answers the person asking the question but did not answer the QUESTION. Another person said that he work there 5yrs ade but what rewards does they gets? Ammokao said you still have your jobs. kanne ....<--- This one really tulan. So what if the company's shutting down. No motivation to work there also ade. Continue the journey thru the clouds looking for my dreams...
