Notice of Resignation

I want to get out from this company on [date]. Here I give you one month notice that in this month my works will sucks, and I do not want any new responsibility whatsoever.

I will also on the same month require you to prepare all my allowance and salary you owe me so that I do not need to come back to this company again.

You will pay me whatever benefit I am entitled to but yet to claims. You will not ask me to do anymore work. You also will not withhold any documents that are mine and does not belongs to you.

I think better not, as mentioned you haven't receive your salary yet!!!
