Just now go see a house in Jubilee Park P3. Clean and nice but cost RM500. One free car park lo.. but owner doesn't seem like cutting it lower than RM480. Big and spacious... no furniture. I am okay with it and now leave the decision to 'loli'.
Need to pay first month + one month deposit + RM150 (for electric and water deposit) + 50% of one month rent (devident for the broker?) = I AM BROKE! sigh... wanna find a house is like that loo...
This afternoon at lunch got one ol' friend wanna create blog already. hehehe... last time asked him to do that he dowan! Today asked us how to create the user name and link name. hehehe... so wait and see lo his blog. I wanna see what is his topic only. Very curious! hehehe...
Lately a bit lazy to blog! Training damn bored and coastal highway 'damn' jammed with stupid drivers! A bike ride home took me 10 minutes TOP to get to greenlane but with a car, at least 30 minutes! Imagine I am driving! I will be crazy. Next week go KL. Who wanna join us find 'panda-eyes'?
