New Team, New Leader, New L2...

So basically my new team is Damn f**king new so all the Team lead (they call them here TL - sorta like Tu Lan) are hired new without prior education of how Dell's work so much more like us new hired crashing course for the ANZ queue to starts.

Then again as you guys already know Christopher 'the only' OH are our team new L2. hahaha... so at least someone who know their way around here to based on. Luckily for us, he is new then we still can bully him mah. :P

Unlike at the previous company, where personal improvement and promotion are totally out of the question, here in Dell seems like if u can work then u are promoted (that's depends on whether u have the guts to apply for it, as Christopher Oh had explained).

Unlike the previous company also, where people who handles worthless project and doing unproductive works and comments are considered important, Here in Dell you would not survive for 'bodek' for more than 5 minutes. Of cos every boss like their workers to bodek but 'hey... at least have a limit laa....'!

So for people like 'kau bo', 'Tua pui' and 'do-u-think-my-butt-looks-fat girl' they sure have no future here. Why? They will be kicked out as soon as they open their bloody mouth. Dunno why NEC wants them there? Dun think I ever wanted to know either.

And yah, Kevin Khoo are L2 for the other ANZ team. Anyone read this please make an appointment with him to get him spend some money on Celebration dinner. Oh also! Now we have 2 free dinner! Hope you guys reading this have a happy week ahead cos I certainly will!
