Cust have :
Notebook w/o wifi card.
Cust buy card but dunno the model.
Check quote is 1350 mobile wifi.
First resolution by some Guy A : Install driver but is for JAPAN only.
So? error msg : cannot recognise driver.
2nd call : Cust inform me Guy A asked him to look back/callback sales person! (keong kan).
Me Ask cust to test another driver for 1350 : Drop call
Then this Guy A come and tell me the card is 2200~~!! Maa chee... How come u never tell me earlier! CI PET LE....
3rd callback the customer and send email to test 2200BG card. OK cust still willing to test.
Cust mention is this the right way to handle? To pass cust back to sales even no troubleshooting (full/not full) is done? How am I supposed to answer that? ARGHH....
