Why always pick on interviewee to bully leh? Most of the time the interviewer will have the supreme power to control the interview, and the interviewee will be scared shit because they are being interviewed.
Want to get a job niah mah.... no need to act like a slave everything also 'yes' one. If the interviewer say something wrong do we (people being interview) dare to say they are wrong? Hmmm... I wonder how many person dare to do that eh...
Today I wanna say that we the interviewee have the rights to control how the interview should had been through. We have the power to swing the interview to our advantage. This will show we are mature and bold enough to handles situation. This of course does not goes well if the interviewer is kiasu type laa...
I had been there and done that and the outcome is not always what you expected. For one thing I dun like is the interviewer themselves knows nothing they are asking. That's was when I go for and interview for a L2 positions in DELL. Hey man... you are the interviewer, please be responsible for what you do in your interview sessions. KNNCCB
For the other interview I found that my way of interview sessions actually impressed the interviewer, and he comments that I had the leadership to do things and take things to my stride. OMG... Compliments from other. Si pek beh kuan si... hahaha...
