HIRING COMPANY IT Executive
1) Routine Task:
New Market Coverage
-HIRING COMPANY you are required to approach and seek for new market base on new contacts.
-The new contact list will be provided by management.
-Activity done needs to be input into HIRING COMPANY Weekly daily activity & project report.
Bi-Weekly Visit to Customer:
- Activity done needs to be input into HIRING COMPANY Weekly daily activity & project report.
Hiring Activity for New Recruitment or Replacement of Candidate:
- HIRING COMPANY you should take ownership of hiring activity to fulfill customer’s requirement and to ensure meeting deadline of recruitment activity.
Team Building Activity:
- HIRING COMPANY you needs to organize team building activity twice a year for the respective HIRING COMPANY candidate under your team.
- Activity done needs to be input into HIRING COMPANY Weekly daily activity & project report.
Recognition to HIRING COMPANY Staff :
In the event that HIRING COMPANY employee received recognition from customer, the following recognition process need to be initiated and carried out:-
i) Send the staff recognition reason and level to HR Department.
ii) HR will obtain approval from HIRING COMPANY manager.
iii) Recognition approved will be sent to employee.
iv) Inform customer that recognition process is completed.
Staff Meeting for Quarterly Performance Review:
- HIRING COMPANY Supervisor needs to perform one on one meeting with the outsourced candidate quarterly to determine their job performance and job satisfaction levels and any training requirements.
- Report (proposed solutions and possible outcomes) needs to be sent to HIRING COMPANY Manager & SubA or SubB for review by 1 of Jan, April, July & Oct.
Yearly Appraisal process for HIRING COMPANY employee
You will carry out the appraisal process as stated below:-
i) Send appraisal form to HIRING COMPANY employees for self assessment.
ii) You shall cross-evaluate the appraisal form.
iii) You will carry out meeting with HIRING COMPANY Personnel to go through the appraisal form.
iv) You will have one on one meeting with employee for appraisal outcome.
2) Reporting To HIRING COMPANY:
You must submit to HIRING COMPANY the following reports:-
i) Weekly report for IT Recruitment Meeting.
ii) Weekly report for daily activity & project.
iii) Quarterly report for staff performance indicator
3) Overall Responsibilities:
Ø Manage employees of HIRING COMPANY stationed in customer location.
Ø Participate in hiring (Refer to HIRING COMPANY Recruitment Process document), training, discipline and termination decisions.
Ø Fully understand customer’s inquiries and perform candidate searching in order to match customer’s requirement.
Ø Proactively follow-up with customers to exceed their satisfactory levels to our service.
Ø Carry out a yearly performance appraisal for HIRING COMPANY candidates for performance review.
Ø Provide performance review in order to motivate, coach and train the IT employees in enhancing their competency on their current job.
Monitor, improve and maintain service quality levels to maximize customer’s satisfaction.
