Screwme

Well, that's basically what streamyx is asking for... Screwme. This is my first experience dealing with TM again after 7 years registering TMNET 1515 with them. I had read a lot of bad experience with screwme in 'geekchic' and probably in Alvin's Blog.

But I never expect them to be so fucked up. I had call them a few times, and each time I really really had to repeat myself again to tell them what the fuck is going on! Helloo… you are a call center okay. You can check my details ok? + they never gimme any reference number as well.

So today is the 10th day since we first install the modem. Light still flashing. Had connect the wall point to the modem (w/o the splitter) 4 times. And the screwme agent still ask me to do it again.

Again they told me the jumper is setup already from their side, the line should be working fine. Bla bla bla… Today, the onsite contractor called Catz. Told Catz that jumper not setup by Telekom. What the fuck. We were told that Telekom had set the copper jumper instead of Fiber Optic one. That’s why we cannot use the screwme. (yah we are getting the high end one... keng lee... but still cannot use ko..)

Okay… If liddat will need to call that screwme bugger up and screw him lo. What to do? Sigh… Hopefully can use. Else cancel use other services liao…

They should really change their name laa… Dun call Streamyx anymore. Either they kena screw or the customer (we la..) yang kena screw.. so better call screwme!

Hahahaha... I had an exact same fucked up experience la!

I waited for about 14 days and of course calling those fuckers in between... then when I had enough, I told them to fucking activate my fucking account and it works immediately.

Fuck StreamyX ass fuckers!
