I had been good! God had given me a chance to enjoy another spectacular creation of His. This time it was very different from ‘valley of the great whites’. The valley of the dark mound is not as deep but it does create the same satisfaction for the nature lover. It was amazing and beautiful nonetheless.
Though the climb was not as high as it would be on valley of the great whites (VGW), the climb was eventful. When the climb was short, you would be climbing it a few times and not get tired of doing it for a few more round. Exploring the tenderness and the beauty of its natural surrounding was worthwhile.
Although the trip was short and I never make it to the top, it was still an experience I had not done in a long time. Though a few years older than the last time making mountain (or hills) trip, I still felt the same invigorating drive to carry on the trip as if I was still young!
Making trips to two mountains in two days was tiring. But then, the satisfaction and the relaxation of the mind recharge the mentality fatigue caused at work place. I think from now on I will be making a lot of the trips to the nature. Mountains, Rivers, Parks… You name it, I will be there. I had no chance to do all this kind of things when I was young and now I am determine to make up for it!
