Last Tuesday our call volume upped to 600++ calls/day. We all kena until siao lang. Team member still not very hap chok. So a bit kolian working here. U know what I mean? Complain to L2Oh still waiting for action.
When you think L2Oh will take action ah? Next week/month will fully onboard liao. Where the action man? You want us to take call until die issit? Kanasai...
This week lee, Monday is ANZ public holiday so no need take call but have OT lo. Then from Tuesday till Wed all lunch in cos call volume like shit.
Today... Today going out for lunch! YEA.... So hopefully no calls until after my lunch time! Otherwise DIE LIAO LAA....
