Why? Every week working hour change, every week lunch time change and every week leaving hours change. The only thing not changing is my sleeping time! hahaha....
Was able to sleep at 3 o'clock in the morning and wake up at 6 and starts working at 8! Sigh... no wonder I looked tired! Becos I am!!! Well not that I want to sleep at 3, I went to bed at 11 o'clock but somehow I was unable to sleep.
In the office seems like forever but just a blink the hours has gone and it's lunch time. Then another break time and blink again is off work! My god! How times fly when you are enjoying your work. Well not to say I am a workaholic but anyhow was always better and fresher than where I was last time around!
Workloads are getting more and more by the week and seems like most of the agents are still unable to cope with the flow. Hate to think when time comes and the calls volume reach 100%. Scareeee~~~...
Then again, Before this I was in call center also and I like the job. Why? Sit here and listen to phone and get paid!?!?! What's better than this? Well 'cept for gigolo then there's no other more relax job than this.
Well yes it is stressful when you have many calls or when you gets idiotic customer trying to con the warranty. But then, it gives you the pleasure when you are able to handle this kinda situation beautifully. So no complains still for this job I hope. And may it last long! hahahaha...
